We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays begin processing on the next business day.
  • Larger or oversized items may require an extra handling day.

We partner with trusted U.S. carriers to bring you reliable delivery:

  • FedEx

The carrier and service used depend on item size, weight, and destination to ensure the best experience.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
  • Many items include free shipping within the United States—you’ll see this automatically in checkout.
  • At this time, we ship within the contiguous United States only

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Ground Shipping: 1–5 business days after shipment (varies by location).
  • Expedited services (if selected): 1–2 business days after shipment.

Please note: these are estimated delivery times. Actual arrival may vary due to carrier constraints or weather.

Shipping Status:

Once your order ships, you'll promptly receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

If you don't receive the shipping confirmation email immediately, don't worry! We are aware of the delivery date or date range provided at checkout, and rest assured, we will deliver the items within that timeframe.

Order Changes:

Please notify us immediately if there are any changes to your order. Please note that custom and pre-ordered pieces cannot be exchanged for other designs.

Item Not Received:

If you have successfully placed an order and still haven't received it, even though the tracking status indicates delivery, we recommend contacting the courier to locate your shipment. If the issue persists, kindly email us at support@shopdealdepot.com.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive an email notification with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking data to update.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your package shows “Delivered” but you can’t locate it:

  • Check porch/mailroom, neighbors, household members
  • Contact us if still missing after 24 hours, and we’ll assist with the carrier claim
    - If tracking shows no updates for several days, or a package is marked lost, please contact us. We’ll coordinate with the carrier and keep you informed.
    -  If your item arrives damaged or is confirmed lost, contact us within 3 days of delivery (or expected delivery) with your order number and relevant photos. We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Address

You’re responsible for entering the correct shipping information at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional reshipping fees may apply.

Taxes

Our customers do not need to pay for importing fees, duties or VAT (Valued Additional Tax).

However, some limited countries (especially for some European countries such as Germany, Italy, UK and Canada, etc.) may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries’ levying rules.

We are required by law to charge sales tax on all items purchased, unless in situations where it is not required by law.
